Mummy is back on the school benches!
After high school mummy completed a technical degree in tourism at CEGEP but time has passed, her life has changed and she was no longer interested in working in that field. With all the moving and travelling around in the past few years, I think mummy has been very good at doing her best in contributing to the family incomes working in different domains even if they weren't always her cup of tea... and it is through her latest job, working from home for small firm in Toronto that she discovered the wonderful profession of translator. She really enjoyed it and it definitely lit a fire in her so she decided to go back to school and get her certificate in written translation at McGill university to learn everything there is to know about the profession and call herself a Translator. Daddy is very proud of mummy and he really encouraged her in that direction even though it wont financially be easy for a few years. The certificate is given part time during the evenings so mummy should be done in a couple years. It actually works out pretty well as she can now follow her heart and keep Georgia and I with her while she studies. I'll keep going to preschool and so will Georgia when she turns 2 but no daycare. Once she completes her diploma I will nearly be going to school full time and as she intends to keep working from home after school (one of the appeals of the translation world) and make her own schedule, Georgia will also be able to follow my route. Then who knows she might consider making us a little baby brother or sister but don't tell daddy I said that...
