Happy Mothers Day!

OK, Sunday was Mothers Day... It started off pretty well with letting mummy sleep while daddy and I went and run some errands in town, getting breakfast and a little present for mummy. By the time we were back, mummy was awake and ready for her ham and cheese grilled croissant daddy had prepared her and was very happy of the mini roses shrub I got her as a present. Of course she likes roses... wasn't hard to figure what to get her!

Then we spent our day outside gardening/playing at the park! Mummy and daddy are so happy as all of their big gardening tasks are done, they can now relax a little until Georgia arrives. They planted some nice lettuce, rhubarb and herbs in the veggie garden and bought a few more perennials and annuals to fill in the other gardens.

Then later we went to the restaurant with mammie and Andre's parents to celebrate Mothers Day and that's were where the day went from fabulous to furious... You remember daddy and mummy saying that would not take me to a restaurant until I grow up a little because apparently I become a pain as soon as I sit in a restaurant . Well I don't agree with that of course but they think it is a complete waist of money to take me... OK it's true that whenever I am in a restaurant I never want to eat anything or settle in a high chair but why cant they just walk with me around the whole time? Apparently I'll understand when I am older but at the moment I think they are being difficult, not me!?! So anyhow, I sat for about 10 minutes and colored but that was pretty much the longest I could do in the high chair so daddy had to eat his food quickly and walk around with me.



I actually ended up having a pretty good time as the restaurant had a playroom and I got to spend sometime in there playing with my cousins! Daddy and Andre didn't look so excited about it though...
