We had a lovely couple days up in Jo's hometown. No wonder why Jo's Jo after meeting his family... They were all so warm and welcoming. Jo's sister and her three kids were also up there which was nice as I had friends to play with. The youngest Sam is 6 months, then Jackson 2 1/2 years old and Zhara 4. We had a lot of fun all together!
This is their beautiful terrasse...
On our first night Jo's father played the piano after dinner... I really truly enjoyed that! I was dancing and singing, I even played a little...
This is Jo's sister, Claire holding Jackson.
They have cows, sheep, ducks (which I fed), wild turkeys and rabbits.
On the second day we went on a little cruise to look at the whole in the rock... Yep just like the one in Gaspésie back home.
Here's Jo's parents...
and us...
Daddy and Jo in front of the big brick bbq...
Oh and here's the ducks... Auntie Jessica would have loved them. They were waking us up in the morning with their 'quack quack', just like the rooster. Much cuter than an alarm clock.
